Today was our last day of work. In the morning, we were able to watch the baseball team play with the Panamanians for 7 innings. It was so much fun to see the boys create friendships even with a language barrier. Don't be surprised when they return home with less of their clothes and more clothes they traded for Panamanian clothes.
After the game, we went to a school and painted 5 classrooms. After a long day of painting we got back to the hotel to wash up and went to the mall again for dinner. There was one store in the mall with shoes for $2.99. Brand new shoes. For $2.99. It was mind blowing to say the least.
Tomorrow begins our retreat of sorts. Please pray for us as we will be traveling.
